What we find so interesting in this piece is it's separated areas for whatever it is your serving - veggies, crackers, other small tasty hors d'oeuvres. Of course, the lazy susan part makes it more functional. The top swivels around for guests to turn their choice towards themselves. Likely late mid century.
Gadrooned edges give it a more formal look. The finish is a silver plate over metal. We have not shined the piece up and it has all of it's natural patina. No makers mark but there is evidence of where an old maker's label might have been. Surface wear and patina. The turning mechanism/screw in the pedestal works
